A firm of 50 engineers who refuse to do average work

AI Service Corp exists to prove that specialist, senior-led consulting beats body-shop scale — for our clients and for the people who work here.

Our story

From a four-person Java shop to a 50-person specialist firm

We started in 2013 with a simple observation: enterprises don’t need more generic consultancies — they need engineers who have already solved their exact problem, a hundred times.

That focus on the Java + Angular stack is still our strategy today. It lets every consultant we hire contribute from week one, every team we send in have worked together before, and every codebase we touch follow patterns we’ve refined across 130+ platforms.

  1. 2013

Founded as a Java specialist shop

Four senior Java developers start taking on the enterprise projects other firms couldn’t staff.

  2. 2016

    The Spring practice takes shape

We formalize our Spring Boot delivery methodology and land our first core-banking modernization client.

  3. 2019

    Angular practice launched

A dedicated front-end guild forms, pairing Angular engineers with the Spring teams for full-stack squads.

  4. 2022

    Crossing 35 people, adding cloud

DevOps and cloud capability joins the stack so teams can own delivery from commit to production.

  5. Today

50 specialists, rebranded as AI Service Corp

A deliberately small, senior firm serving 40+ enterprise clients across APAC and beyond.

What we believe

Five values that survive contact with clients

Printed in every offer letter, argued about in every retro, and non-negotiable on every engagement.

Craft over throughput

We measure success in code that outlives the engagement — readable, tested and documented for the team that inherits it.

Own the outcome

Our consultants behave like product owners. If a requirement is wrong or an estimate is optimistic, we say so — early and in writing.

Leave teams stronger

Knowledge transfer is a deliverable, not an afterthought. Your engineers should be better developers when we leave.

Honest, direct communication

No politics, no sycophancy, no hiding bad news. Clients tell us it’s the most unusual thing about working with us.

Grow on purpose

Everyone has a growth plan with real budget behind it — certifications, conferences, guild talks and rotation across industries.

Do the right thing

About 50 people, about doing good work. We turn down projects that are exploitative, rushed or simply outside our depth.

Life inside the firm

Small enough to care, big enough to matter

Being a 50-person firm is a feature, not a limitation. Here’s what it means in practice:

  • You know everyone. New joiners meet the whole firm in their first week, including the founders.
  • Guilds, not silos. Java, Angular and DevOps guilds meet weekly to evolve our shared engineering standards.
  • Real client exposure. Engineers present to client leadership and shape roadmaps — not just tickets.
  • No bench-sitting culture. Utilisation is managed by people, not spreadsheets — protected time for learning.

Delivery hubs

Three hubs, one culture — with remote-friendly policies across APAC time zones.
