What happens after I submit?
A delivery manager triages your message and pairs you with a consultant who has solved your type of problem before. Expect a reply within one business day, and a call within the week.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes — 90 minutes with a senior engineer or architect. You keep the findings and the roadmap even if we never work together. Around a third of assessments end with us recommending a smaller project or an in-house approach.
Do you sign NDAs before sharing details?
Standard NDAs can be in place before the first conversation. For regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare) we’re experienced with your compliance requirements.
How fast can a team start?
Assessment in 1–2 weeks; a dedicated squad typically starts 2–4 weeks after scope agreement. Because we’re a specialist firm, the people on your kickoff call are the people who build.
Can you work with our in-house team?
That’s our favourite model. Embedded engineers, pair-programming, guild coaching and knowledge transfer are standard deliverables — we leave your team stronger than we found it.
